The mobile phone like every other electronic gadget has no affinity with water .If for any reason one’s phone is immersed in water, the following steps could rescue the phone. Time is of essence here. All efforts should be geared towards drying the phone as quickly as possible.
1. Quickly remove the battery .It is very important that no attempt is made to charge the phone while it is still wet for danger of electrocution. One infact should not handle phones with wet hands especially while charging. Besides, water is a good conductor and therefore will circulate and aid system corrosion.
