Occasionally, your mobile phone may refuse to turn on or turns off by itself even when you are sure that the battery strength is not down.

The following steps are recommended to deal with the problem.

• Make sure that the battery has enough strength.
• Press and hold the on/off key for about 15 seconds to see if the phone will come on.
• Dirt and corrosion on the phone connectors could create this problem. In this case, remove the battery and clean the connectors with a soft brush or a dry piece of cloth moistured with unalloyed alcohol. Clean the phone connectors too. Both items should be allowed to dry properly before coupling.
